Physiotherapist

Main Responsibilities:

To familiarize oneself with functional training techniques, therapeutic measures for activities of daily living, neuromuscular facilitation techniques, respiratory kinesiotherapy, drainage and other therapeutic treatments;
To ensure the technical implementation and physiotherapy methods adapted to multiple neurological and degenerative diseases, especially Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders;
To manage the appointment schedule, respecting the proposed therapeutic plans;
To monitor therapeutic interventions through complete, reliable and reproducible records, and to readjust the initial therapeutic plan to obtain the best possible performance;
To create solutions for the reintegration of patients into their usual home, through proposals for readapting spaces;
To participate in the preparation and evaluation of individual care plans for users.

Requirements for the application:

Degree in Physiotherapy;
Interest in the area of ​​Neurology;
Good communication skills;
Good organizational and teamwork skills;
Good interpersonal skills;
High sense of responsibility, proactivity and dynamism.

Availability to travel between the CNS units in Torres Vedras and Lisbon.
