The CNS at Home multidisciplinary programs are aimed at neurological patients, preferably patients and caregivers with Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s disease and Stroke. They offer a multidisciplinary approach including Medicine, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy, Psychology, and the support of medical assistants may be added.
