Clinical Pilates Group Classes
Classes aimed at promoting participants’ physical activity and simultaneously improving posture and overall mobility. It uses a set of low-impact exercises aimed at stimulating specific muscle groups to improve posture, muscle strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and breathing pattern.
